Your firm's records have a buyer.
AI labs pay for real business history: client files, ledgers, policies, contracts and email.
- No cost to you
- You keep your firm and your data
- Client details removed before AI labs see anything
How it works
Three steps. You decide at the end, and you can stop at any point.
Tell us about your records
Send your firm name and where your records are kept. It takes a minute.
Get your personal link
We reply with your personal link to our data partner's 10-minute form about your systems and years of records. Estimates are fine.
Review a written offer
Our data partner reviews your answers, removes identifying details and sends you a written offer. You get paid when an AI lab licenses the data.
Who qualifies
Established firms with years of records. The more years of history, and the more systems that hold it, the higher the value. Read how selling company data to AI labs works, see what company data is worth, or learn what a shut-down startup can sell.

Questions
- Am I selling my firm or my data?
- You license your data. AI labs get a copy with identifying details removed first. Your firm and your original records stay yours, and you can license them again.
- What happens to client details?
- Client names, contact details and other identifying information are removed before any AI lab sees the data. Your written offer states the exact terms.
- We hold regulated client data. Can we take part?
- Check your duties to clients and regulators before you share anything. Nothing is shared until you sign an agreement, and you choose which systems to include.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. If you do not sign, nothing happens.
- Is the estimate an offer?
- No. It is a rough guide from our data partner's public price model. They make a written offer after they review your answers.
- Who pays for the data?
- AI labs. Our data partner, Grepped (grepped.ai), is a marketplace that licenses business data to them. finData is run by Very Good Software Company LLC and is separate from our data partner. If you license your data through them, we earn a referral fee from them.
